We take great care to make sure all data collected through our 360s is accurate.

 

We’ve  carefully designed each 360 to reduce rating error. Through anchored ratings and easy to understand dimensions, raters are able to  rate the focal individual without bias. Additionally, raters select behavioral indicators about the employee – allowing an extra source of completely unbiased development oriented information.

 

As is essential for a quality 360 – all results s are completely anonymous.   Employees are given a confidential pin, and all data is stored and secured off site site on our servers.
